* The Member Value Fee represents a price given to JCC Members.  If you do not have a JCC near your community (like Madison) or your JCC does not have a membership model (like Chicago & suburbs), please let us know by emailing Holly so you receive the Member Value Fee .

A 3% non-refundable convenience charge will be applied to payments made via credit card. We encourage families to pay camp fees via debit card, ACH transfer, or check to avoid this additional charge.

 

A deposit of $500 per session per camper is required within 7 days of enrollment or we reserve the right to release your spot. Deposits include a $100 non-refundable enrollment fee, and a $50 early-registration gift fee with the remainder of deposit non-refundable after January 1st.  An alternative deposit of $150 is available if you are applying for a scholarship. 

Tuition includes $15/week towards the Camp’s canteen (camp store), weekly camper laundry, and administrative fees for Hayat Pharmacy, the pharmacy that Camp Interlaken requires all families to use to prepackage prescription medication (more info to come on this in the Spring).

  • Families applying for JCC Scholarship will provide a deposit of $150 at the time of registration. If JCC scholarship is not awarded or declined, the deposit is refundable less a $25 processing fee.
  • We understand that sometimes the sessions and costs fall outside of your summer plans and budget.  We would love to talk with you about the financial options to get your campers to Camp.  We never want money to be an obstacle, and we are committed to getting as many people to Camp Interlaken JCC as possible.  If finances are preventing you from registering for Camp, please call at 414-967-8240 or email Holly.

  • A sibling discount of 10% will be applied to a sibling attending for 4 weeks.
  • An Early Registration Discount of $25/week and an exclusive gift are offered for families who register for Camp before November 7th, 2025.  Early Registration Discounts will only be awarded to families who do not have a balance from a previous summer.
  • Refer a friend to Camp, and save $200 on your camper’s tuition.  
  • Host an in-home house party with a minimum of 2 prospective families; earn $300 just for hosting!  Earn an additional $100 credit towards Camp tuition per camper who registers from your party.  

All cancellations need to be received in writing.

  • Prior to January 1 : $150 plus a $25 fee for the Early Registration gift if applicable.  
  • January 1 – April 1 : $500 plus a $25 fee for the Early Registration gift if applicable.  
  • After April 1 : Cancellation or withdrawal for any reason will result in the forfeiture of all fees.
  • Proration of fees is not available for any of the above sessions.

Families can opt into Camp Insurance through CampMinder’s Program Protector, which offers a Standard Plan and an Enhanced Plan.  The cost is 5% or 7% of your camp fees.  For questions or if you want to purchase coverage by phone, please call the Customer Service Specialists at Program Protector at 1-833-297-2258.  Refer to plans F530S for Camp Interlaken.  Tip: Use the call-back feature to avoid sitting on hold.  Camp Insurance must be purchased at the time of enrollment for Camp.  If you’d like to purchase insurance, and you’ve already registered for Camp, please call (414-967-8240) or email Holly.  

  • Bus transportation is provided at $150 each way from Milwaukee, WI; Highland Park, IL; Madison, WI; Minneapolis St. Paul (MSP) Airport (bus stops are contingent on 10+ campers coming from an area).
  • Aleph Bus transportation is provided at $100 round-trip from Milwaukee, WI.  
  • Flights: Camp will provide a chaperoned flight for 8+ campers from an area.  Camp works with a travel agent to help book travel, and we will share more information later.

Intersession begins on Sunday, July 12th, and campers will leave via bus or car.  Camp will be closed to campers during that time.  All staff will return to Camp on Tuesday, July 14th for training and preparation for Session 2.  Campers will return to Camp on Wednesday, July 15th via bus or car.

Camp Interlaken will welcome incoming 2nd – 4th graders to camp for the Aleph Program.  This program has replaced Rainbow Day Camp’s Taste of Interlaken program. 

  • Campers can only attend the Aleph program once; they cannot repeat it for a second summer. 
  • Campers are welcome to join from anywhere, and Holly can talk directly with you about your transportation needs.
  • Round trip bus will be provided from Milwaukee, WI for a $100 fee.  Registration will inform whether buses will make any additional stops.
 

K’far Noar (Teen Village) is for rising 10th graders (11th-grade campers are welcome). The K’far Noar fee is $400 more than the camp fee to accommodate for the Teen Wilderness Adventure Trip.

  • Regarding the 11th Grade Israel trip, it will begin on June 28th.  We will share more information directly with incoming 11th grade families soon.
  • Whether or not there will be a Gesher program (a Shabbat visit to Camp) hinges on 2026’s summer enrollment and space in Camp.  Information about this typically is shared after the 1st of the year. 
 

Acceptance into the Ozrim (staff-in-training) program is subject to an interview and selection process. Ozrim are NOT eligible for the early registration discount or gift.  Those who are interested in applying for the Ozrim program should NOT register yet.  Instead, register to join the mandatory Ozrim info meeting on October  30th at 7:30pm CST by clicking here.
