Beginning January 1, 2025, a 3% non-refundable convenience charge will be applied to payments made via credit card. We encourage families to pay camp fees via debit card, ACH transfer, or check to avoid this additional charge.

A deposit of $500 per session per camper is required within 7 days of enrollment or we reserve the right to release your spot. Deposits include a $100 non-refundable enrollment fee, and a $50 early-registration gift fee with the remainder of deposit non-refundable after January 1st.  An alternative deposit of $150 is available if you are applying for a scholarship.

Tuition includes $15/week towards the Camp’s canteen (camp store), weekly camper laundry, and administrative fees for Hayat Pharamacy, the pharmacy that Camp Interlaken requires all families to use to prepackage prescription medication (more info to come on this in the Spring).

  • Families applying for JCC Scholarship will provide a deposit of $150 at the time of registration. If JCC scholarship is not awarded or declined, the deposit is refundable less a $25 processing fee.
  • We understand that sometimes the sessions and costs fall outside of your summer plans and budget.  We would love to talk with you about the financial options to get your campers to Camp.  We never want money to be an obstacle, and we are committed to getting as many people to Camp Interlaken JCC as possible.  If finances are preventing you from registering for Camp, please call at 414-967-8240 or email Holly.

Camp Interlaken will welcome incoming 2nd – 4th graders to camp for the Aleph Program.  This program replaces Rainbow Day Camp’s Taste of Interlaken program.  Bus transportation from Milwaukee is included in the fees.  Campers are welcome to join from anywhere, and Holly can talk directly with you about your transportation needs.

K’far Noar (Teen Village) is for rising 10th graders (11th-grade campers are welcome). The K’far Noar fee is $400 more than the camp fee to accommodate for the Teen Wilderness Adventure Trip.

Regarding the 11th Grade Teen trip, we will reach out to all age-eligible families when we have more information to share. Whether or not there will be a Gesher program (a visit to Camp) hinges on the 11th grade program schedule. Stay tuned.

Acceptance into the Ozrim (staff-in-training) program is subject to an interview and selection process. Ozrim are NOT eligible for the early registration discount or gift. Register to join the mandatory Ozrim info meeting on October  21st at 7:30pm CST by clicking here.
